South Korea’s Asiana Airlines will launch a weekly service from Seoul to Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, starting from August 8.

Flight OZ579 will depart Incheon International Airport every Saturday at 1830, arriving at Astana International Airport at 2230. The return leg OZ580 will depart the capital of Kazakhstan at 2350, touching down in South Korea at 0930+1.
A 290-seat A330-300 will be operated on the route, consisting of 30 business seats in a 2-2-2 configuration, and 260 economy arranged in a 2-4-2 setup.
The South Korean carrier will also codeshare on Air Astana’s direct service between the two capitals.
OZ6963 departs Seoul on Tuesday at 1255 and reaches Astana at 1705, while OZ6964 will leave the Central Asian destination at 0035 and land in South Korea at 0945.
The service will be operated by Air Astana’s 223-seat B767-300ER.
