The hotel also offers a range of meeting facilities, including a pillarless ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests, along with 10 supporting function rooms.

F&B options include the 24-hour Wembley Café, and the Lobby Lounge. Recreational facilities are limited to an infinity pool and gym.
Cititel Express Penang is adjacent to St Giles Wembley Penang, and is the group’s three-star offering. The select-service hotel offers 234 individual guestrooms that are simple and functional.

Free broadband internet access is available for up to two devices, and the hotel also provides a common ironing area on each guest floor. A shopping arcade within the mixed-use complex that houses the hotel is also due to be opened in Q4 2015.
