The Cityview in Hong Kong has unveiled its newly-refurbished “Premier” category rooms and suites.
The new offerings, made available from May 1 is part of a comprehensive refurbishment project that will see a total of 156 guestrooms receiving the same makeover by September 2015.
First on the list is the Premier rooms, which measure an average of 24sqm in size. Each comes with high windows that The Cityview states reaches “nearly 2/3 of the ceiling”, and offers sweeping views of the city.

Business travellers will also appreciate the addition of a multi-functional desk to work on, as well as a 42-inch Smart TV with internet access and AV connectivity for laptops. Other amenities include L’Occitane-branded skincare products for ladies, as well as a full-sized bathtub and massage shower head.

Meanwhile, the refurbished Premier suites start at an average of 50sqm – nearly double the size of their guestroom counterparts. As the largest room category offered by The Cityview, each suite comes prepared with a large, executive-style desk and a 55-inch Smart TV.

In addition, it also features a dedicated living room area that leads directly to the bedroom – each available in either a king or twin-sized bed configuration. Along with bath amenities (including those specially selected for the fairer sex), each Premier Suite also includes a Nespresso machine.
To commemorate the launch of its refurbished guestrooms and suites, The Cityview is offering a special celebration package. The Premier Room is available at a cost starting at HK$1,200 (US$154) per night, while a stay at The Premier Suite will set you back by HK$2,000 (US$258).
