ANA and Hilton Worldwide have agreed a deal to offer new menus in the Japanese airline’s lounges and onboard some flights.
The “Experience More” partnership will initially run from June 1 and August 31, 2015, and will see Hilton provide special Hawaiian-themed menus at ANA’s lounges at Haneda or Narita airports, as well as onboard flights between Tokyo and Honolulu.
The first menus on offer have been created by chefs at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort which aim to give an “authentic taste of Hawaii”.
Chefs from the hotel will also be providing Hawaiian-inspired menus onboard flights between Japan and the Pacific islands destination. These meals will be available in both economy and business class.
Destination videos of Hawaii will also be shown in the airport lounges and onboard flights to the islands.
The collaboration between Hilton and ANA is planned to continue until 2017 with Hawaii selected as the first featured destination because of its popularity with Japanese tourists during the summer peak travel season.
