Aparthotel provider Roomzzz will open its second Manchester property next year.
Roomzzz at the Corn Exchange will be located, as the name suggests, in the city's iconic Corn Exchange, which is undergoing a £30 million refurbishment.

When it opens in February, it will have 114 apartments ranging from "21 sqm pods to super luxury palatial penthouses", each with free wifi.
The group's other Manchester property, Roomzzz Manchester City, opened six years ago.
Mark Walton, head of Roomzzz Aparthotel UK, said: "The demand in the city [Manchester] for Roomzzz Aparthotel is substantial — we are running at 100 per cent occupancy week on week, a second location in close proximity is a strategic game-changer for the brand."
Roomzzz London Stratford, located close to the Westfield shopping centre and next to the Olympic Park, will open later this year (see news, October 2014).
Roomzzz launched in 2006 and currently has seven properties across Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle (see news, September 2012), Nottingham and Chester. These have been transformed to bring them in line with the group's new generation identity and interiors.
