Swire Properties has unveiled the new Taikoo Place Apartments, scheduled to open in August.
Located in the business hub of Taikoo Place, the premium serviced residence is near Quarry Bay and Tai Koo MTR stations on the east of Hong Kong island.
The 28-storey property consists of 111 apartments, with 63 studios, 40 one-bedrooms, six two-bedrooms, and two penthouses, ranging from 45sqm to 150sqm.
Apartments are situated between Level 5 and 30, with one- and two-bedroom suites have balconies with views overlooking Victoria Harbor and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal or the city.
