The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has signed management contracts for its first Citadines Apart’hotels in Vietnam, Sabah, Malaysia and the UAE.
Citadines Regency Saigon
First up on this list is the 200-unit Citadines Regency Saigon, which is slated to open in the vibrant District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City in 2018. Located near the central business district of District 1, it is also close to popular attractions such as the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and War Remnants Museum.
Consisting of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, the serviced residence will also offer a swimming pool, fitness centre, resident-cum-business lounge, breakfast lounge and launderette. Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu
