Norwegian will start a daily service between London Gatwick and New York earlier than previously scheduled.
The airline currently operates a B787 Dreamliner on the route six-times weekly in the summer and four-times weekly during the winter, and had planned to start flying the route daily from February 23 next year (see news, March 24).
However, it is now due to launch this daily service on October 25, reports airlineroute.net.
Outbound service DY7015 will depart Gatwick at 1710 and arrive at JFK at 2000.
On every day apart from Friday, return service DY7016 will leave JFK at 2230 and land at Gatwick at 1000 the next day. On Fridays, DY7016 will depart New York at 2200 and arrive in London at 0930 the next day.
This winter, Norwegian will add a third weekly service between Gatwick and Los Angeles (see news, March 2).
