24 Mar 2015 by Clement Huang

Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Airport is expected to welcome its first guests on April 1.

The 123-room hotel is located less than one kilometre from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport, and offers three different types of accommodation – studios, one bedroom and two bedroom flats.

Each room comes with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as laundry facilities and dining areas. A 100MB wifi allowance will also be provided. Recreational facilities are limited to a gym, while there is also a restaurant and bar onsite. As an added benefit, guests staying at the hotel are able to have daily groceries delivered straight to their room.

The hotel also has two meeting rooms that can be converted into a number of flexible settings, and are capable of accommodating up to 100 delegates.

“Sydney Airport is an ideal location for transit and business travellers, with a growing demand from local businesses,” said TFE Hotels chief executive Rachel Argaman.

“Adina Apartment Hotels aims to ease this demand by bringing apartment style accommodation to the area, offering great location, comfort and convenience in line with our philosophy of apartment space, hotel service, Adina style”.
