24 Feb 2015 by GrahamSmith

Qatar Airways has reduced capacity on its Doha to Moscow Domodedovo route.

Since February 17, the Gulf airline has replaced the B787-8 Dreamliner it operated on one of two daily services with an A320 aircraft.

The carrier now operates a twice daily A320 service between the two cities, reports airlineroute.net.

Outbound flights QR231 and QR229 depart Doha at 0725 and 1235, landing in Moscow at 1245 and 1755 respectively. Return flights QR232 and QR230 leave Moscow at 1345 and 1855, and arrive in Doha at 1900 and 0010 the next day respectively.

Last week, Qatar Airways announced it will launch a new service to Durban and increase frequencies on its Johannesburg and Cape Town routes later this year (see news, February 18).
