Marriott International's AC Hotels by Marriott lifestyle brand will open its third US property in Washington, DC next month.
The 192-room AC Hotel Washington, DC will be located by the capital's National Harbor.
The eight-storey building will feature 344 sqm of meeting space, complimentary wifi, a restaurant and a bar.
The AC Hotels by Marriott brand made its US debut in New Orleans in November, with its second property opening in Kansas City, Missouri.
Earlier this month, Marriott opened its second AC Hotels by Marriott property in Paris (see news, February 10).
