Korean Air will change its existing Seoul Incheon–Milan–Rome–Incheon route to provide customers with direct flights to both Italian cities from February 25.
The flag carrier of South Korea will initially offer three weekly flights to each destination, before boosting Milan to four times a week in March.
Flights to Rome will initially be operated by the B777-300ER featuring a three-class configuration with eight in first, 56 in business and 227 in economy.

From March 29 onwards, the carrier will increase capacity to the route by deploying the larger B747-400 on the route. The jumbo jet is capable of carrying 336 passengers in the same three cabin class setting. The change in aircraft will also result in a different timetable, with the updated flight schedule shown below.
