SAS will launch a new Stockholm to Hong Kong service on September 10.
The airline plans to roster A330-300 and A340-300 aircraft onto the five-times weekly route.
Outbound service SK963 will operate on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, departing Stockholm at 1500 and arriving in Hong Kong at 0720 the following day.
Return service SK964 will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, taking off from Hong Kong at 0905 and landing in Stockholm at 1435 the same day, reports airlineroute.net.
SAS is also resuming its Stockholm to Riga service on March 29, with 18 weekly flight scheduled.
The carrier yesterday introduced a "restaurant experience in the air" in business class on long-haul flights (see news, January 27).
