Emirates will launch A380 services to Dusseldorf and Madrid this summer.
The Gulf carrier will fly the superjumbo to the German city from July 1 and to the Spanish capital from August 1.
Emirates will be the first airline to fly the A380 to both destinations. Its superjumbo contains 519 seats with 429 in economy on the main deck, 76 fully-flat seats in business and 14 private suites in first class.
The Dusseldorf service will see flight EK055 leave Dubai at 0830 and land in Dusseldorf at 1325 the same day, while EK056 will depart Dusseldorf at 1525 and arrive at Dubai at 2355 the same day.
For Madrid, flight EK142 will leave Madrid at 1530 and land in Dubai at 0045 the following day. Return flight EK141 departs Dubai at 0740 and arrives in Madrid at 1340 the same day.
Emirates senior vice president Hubert Frach said: "By introducing new A380 services out of Dusseldorf and Madrid, our customers can enjoy seamless connectivity on the most talked about aircraft, to popular destinations in Asia, Africa, Indian Ocean, Australia and the Middle East, via our Dubai hub."
On February 1, the airline is pulling its second daily A380 to Rome and will instead operate it to Manchester (see news, January 7).
