All Nippon Airways (ANA) is set to launch its most comprehensive inflight entertainment offering yet.
Starting next month, the Japanese carrier will offer a total of 351 channels onboard, representing a 40 per cent increase in the content currently available.
ANA will also be screening programmes in 13 languages (Japanese, English, French, German, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Thai, Tagalog and Hindi), with approximately 70 per cent of the content available in multiple language dubs.
A breakdown of what customers can expect is listed below:
52 movie channels – Featuring the latest Hollywood blockbusters, special features and foreign-language films
142 video channels – Covering a wide range of content including original ANA broadcasts, popular television series, sports, music, and children’s programmes
148 audio channels – Offering a mix of the latest hits and classic tunes, plus traditional Japanese comedic performances
9 gaming channels – From mental challenges like inflight Sudoku to skill-based golf games
