Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has opened its fourth Holiday Inn Express property in Thailand.
The new 161-room Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is part of the company’s select service chain, but boasts a great location with direct access to the bustling Sukhumvit district and its numerous dining and entertainment options such as the nearby Terminal 21 and newly-opened Central Embassy shopping malls.
Connectivity is relatively convenient, with both Suvarnabhumi and Dong Meung International Airports being a swift 30-minute commute away. The Nana BTS Skytrain and the Sukhumvit MRT Subway stations are also within walking distance of the hotel.
As is standard across the 2,300 plus Holiday Inn Express hotels around the world, the new Bangkok offering will offer complimentary wifi connectivity throughout the hotel, free breakfast and power showers with a three-function massage showerhead.
Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 follows the successful opening of Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn in June 2014. The new hotel joins 16 other IHG properties in the country, making Thailand home to the largest number of properties by the group within South-East Asia.
To commemorate the hotel’s opening, Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is offering a special rate of THB1,849 (US$56) for bookings made until April 30, 2015.
