Skyline Worldwide will also open two further developments in The City and one in Kensington by this summer. The seven openings will almost double the firm's current London portfolio.
Thiago Hahn, Skyline Worldwide's managing director, said: "There has been a significant increase in the demand for serviced apartments in London and that's why we are adopting such an aggressive expansion strategy for 2015 starting with the opening of these four brand new developments in just one month.
"Skyline Worldwide is growing at a phenomenal rate and 2015 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for us as we embark on a programme to double the number of units we own and operate in London in just six months."
