Skyteam has completed the roll-out of its Sky Priority service across more than 1,000 airports.
The facility provides eligible customers with dedicated check-in desks, priority boarding and baggage collection, and priority at transfer and ticket desks.
It is available to Elite Plus, first and business class passengers.
Skyteam is now working with 60 airports to introduce fast-track lanes at security and immigration.
Currently, 39 of these airports have implemented the "Security Fast Track" service, while "Immigration Fast Track Service" has been brought in at 21 airports.
Michael Wisbrun, Skyteam's managing director, said: "Sky Priority is the first alliance-branded service to be successfully implemented globally. We have a significant increase in our customer satisfaction ratings that directly corresponds to the service rollout across our network.
"By offering fast-track services at our 27 hubs and further 33 top airports that are served by more than six Skyteam members, we are demonstrating our continued commitment to enhancing the travel experience for our top global customers."
Earlier this year, Garuda Indonesia became the 20th airline to join the Skyteam alliance (see news, March 5).
