Palazzo Versace Dubai is now accepting reservations ahead of its expected opening in May 2015.
It is the second Palazzo Versace property in the world after the Gold Coast Hotel, and will boast a waterfront setting on 5.5 hectares of land. It will comprise 215 guestrooms and suites, along with 169 serviced residences – all of which are furnished with the unique Versace style.
Palazzo Versace Dubai overlooks the Dubai Creek and is situated within the culture village district – home to institutions for opera, ballet, theatre and fashion. It is also a mere 15-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
The 45,500 sqm hotel offers several signature restaurants, a spa, a lobby and a grand ballroom. Dining outlets include an all-day dining venue plus Italian and Mediterranean cuisine options. There are also two bars serving drinks and cocktails throughout the day.
For recreational purposes, there is a fully-equipped gym along with three swimming pools. There is also a hair salon and spa available. Meeting facilities include a grand ballroom with room for up to 900 people, three meeting rooms and a pre-function lobby.
