Air France partners with three Michelin-starred chef

Air France has partnered with three Michelin-starred French chef Anne-Sophie Pic, to offer a series of new dishes during December 2014 and January 2015.

Cream of pumpkin soup 

Rolled sole with creamy lemon chard ravioli, lightly grilled Scottish prawns, and free-range Orleans poultry are just some of the new additions to the La Première menu available on flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

This is not the first time that Air France has collaborated with renowned French chefs for its prestigious La Première menu. Names like Joël Robuchon, Guy Martin, Michel Roth and Régis Marcon have previously had their creations featured on board.

The French carrier has also appointed designer Jean-Marie Massaud to design the tableware. Massaud has create over 40 original pieces, with Arc International Champagne flutes, Bernardaud fine porcelain plates and Christofle flatware.

Semi-cooled lobster with celery

A watermark consisting of a mythical winged seahorse – the symbol of Air France's La Première brand – is printed on every piece of tableware.
