Aeromexico to increase Heathrow-Mexico City frequency

4 Dec 2014 by BusinessTraveller

Aeromexico is to increase the frequency on its Heathrow-Mexico City route next year.

The carrier will move to a four times-weekly service from April 2015, and then to five times-weekly from June next year.

Flights currently depart London on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, arriving the following day – the new frequencies will be added on Tuesday and Friday.

Skyteam member Aeromexico deployed its B787 Dreamliner aircraft onto the route earlier this year (see news January 13), which features 32 fully-flat business class seats (pictured above) and 211 in economy.

The carrier competes with British Airways on the Heathrow-Mexico City route, with the Oneworld member offering a four times-weekly service operated by B747 aircraft.
