Having just expanded its services to Seoul-Incheon (ICN) to twice-daily back in April (see here), low-cost carrier HK Express will up frequency again starting from 5 February 2015.
HK Express will introduce four new weekly flights, operating every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as UO1616 and UO1617.
The airline first launched daily flights to Seoul in March (see here).
Overall service has been increased to 18 flights weekly.

Meanwhile, South Korea’s low-cost carrier Jin Air (owned by Korean Air) is increasing flights on the Seoul–Hong Kong route from 19 December 2014. The new additions will increase overall services to the Chinese Special Administration Region to 12 weekly – up from seven.
