Air France partners with world’s most Michelin-starred chef

23 Oct 2014 by Clement Huang

Air France has partnered with “the world’s most Michelin-starred chef” Joël Robuchon to offer a new seasonal gourmet menu for the carrier’s La Première customers.

For flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Robuchon has created two hot dishes that have been on offer since October. This includes a choice of either lobster with corn penne pasta in a spicy coralline sauce, or stuffed chicken breast served with slow-cooked green cabbage, lardons and foie gras.

A refresh of the menu in November will allow La Première customers to enjoy two new more creations by Robuchon, including fried scallops in coralline sauce, with a fregola pasta risotto and chives and ginger or shredded duck confit with truffle and mashed potato gratin.

Finally, Air France also announced that it has just reintroduced an offer of caviar for its top cabin passengers. Therefore, Robuchon has used this to concoct a new La Première starter of salmon tartar with shiso sprouts and caviar.
