INFO the Naked Chef has been causing queues to form everywhere he brings this successful formula that promises fuss-free good food at prices that don't hurt – and people are still lining up in Hong Kong. We visited the restaurant when it first opened in August, and were keenly impressed by the quality of the food, as well as the service. It’s no wonder the restaurant doesn’t impose a service charge, but rather relies on tips.
