Singapore Airlines (SIA) will begin offering a first class product on its Singapore–Manila route from January 2015.
The carrier currently serves the route four-times daily with a mix of Boeing 777-200 and Airbus A330-300 aircraft, but it will begin deploying a B777-300ER to the Philippine capital next year.
SIA currently offers two different first class products on its B777-300ER aircraft. The old first class seat will most likely be featured on the Singapore–Manila route, as the airline has previously stated that it will only begin the refit process for the new first class product in January 2015 (see here).
The B777-300ER will operate the SQ910 and SQ917 daily service and offer eight seats in first class, 42 in business and 228 in economy. Click here to view a seatplan of the aircraft.
Flight SQ910 departs Singapore at 0935 and touches down in Manila at 1310. For the return flight, SQ917 takes off from Manila at 1415 and arrives back in the Lion City at 1750.
