14 Oct 2014 by Clement Huang

South Korea’s Asiana Airlines (OZ) is replacing the B777-200ER with the B747-400Combi on select routes in November while some of its "triple sevens" are undergoing regular maintenance checks.

Affected are the following routes and dates:

Seoul Incheon – Fukuoka OZ132/131 07NOV14/09NOV14/10NOV14

Seoul Incheon – London Heathrow 07NOV14/09NOV14/10NOV14/14NOV14/17NOV14

Seoul Incheon – Los Angeles OZ204/203 02NOV14/14NOV14

Seoul Incheon – New York JFK 01NOV14/03NOV14/05NOV14/07NOV14/16NOV14

The B747-400Combi features Asiana’s older business class product, offering angled lie-flats rather than full-flat beds as on the B777-200ER.
