ANA expands wifi across international network

13 Oct 2014 by GrahamSmith

ANA is doubling the availability of inflight wifi across its international network and introducing it on select domestic routes.

From April, wifi will be added to 30 more ANA aircraft operating on international routes.

This will increase the number of international flights offering the service to around 60 and will include ANA's B787-8, B787-9 and B777-300ER aircraft.

Approximately 100 aircraft that fly domestically within Japan will be fitted with the service too, including the carrier's B787-8, B787-9, B777-200 and B777-300 fleets.

The Japanese airline has also stated that it will ensure all subsequent aircraft added to the fleet will be wifi-enabled, with the aim of offering the service across its entire international fleet in the near future.
