A shoeshine service, introduced by JAL in collaboration with luxury shoemaker John Lobb, is based in the Red Suite's library and is available between 0700 and 1200 and 1730 and 2330.

The lounge is also home to a small private area called the Gallery Room, and a play area that houses a chess set and table football.

A teppan-yaki station offers steaks and skewers, pancakes (available between 0700 and 1100), Black Berkshire pork and Japanese black beef hamburger steak (the latter two both available between 1830 and 2330). A sushi chef mans the station to conjure up some Nigirizushi (sushi shaped by hand).
