Z Hotels will open its fourth London property next year.
The 107-room Z Shoreditch, which is being converted from a former office building, will be located in The Bower, a new quarter near Old Street that will also include offices, restaurants and shops.
Each guestroom in the three-storey property will feature a 40-inch LED high-definition television with a full selection of Sky Sports and Sky Movies available at no extra cost, a power shower and a hand-crafted bed.
Free wifi will be available throughout the hotel and room rates will start at £80 per night.
The east London hotel will be the group's sixth property. Its first hotel opened in Soho in 2011 (see news, October 2011).
Since then, it has opened properties in London's Victoria (see news, July 2012) and Piccadilly, and also in Liverpool (see news, April 2013) and, in the next few weeks, Glasgow.
Z Hotels director Bev King said: "We are thrilled to be moving east and be increasing our London portfolio to four.
"Shoreditch is one of London's coolest areas and we’re excited to continue to expand upon our successful Z concept."
