Flybe will launch a daily winter service between Southampton and Hamburg on October 26.
On the same date, the regional airline will also increase the number of flights it deploys to Dublin to four daily, and introduce a new twice-weekly service to La Rochelle.
All services will be operated by 118-seat Embraer 195 aircraft.
Fred Kochak, Flybe's UK routes director, said: "As an airline dedicated to serving the country's regions, Flybe has responded to our passengers' calls in the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey areas to provide alternatives from their convenient, local airport at Eastleigh instead of the congested airports closer to London.
"Our new daily service to Hamburg is ideally timed in the evening, so business people can take advantage of a full day's work in northern Germany."
Last month, Flybe announced it will operate two new daily routes from Birmingham Airport to Hamburg and Oslo this winter (see news, May 20).
This week, the airline revealed it has returned to profit following a cost-cutting programme (see news, June 11).
