Changi Airport will offer live screening of all World Cup matches to its passengers from today until July 14.
Live screening zones have been set up in departure transit areas across all three terminals, and there is no admission fee for using them. Football fans travelling from or through Changi Airport during the World Cup season can watch the games on 19 large high-definition TV screens, and between battles, those who want an interactive experience may ask for one of the 10 Sony Play Station 4 game consoles for some virtual action.
The screening areas, as large as 100 sqm in size, can accommodate some 120 viewers at any given time. Hotly anticipated face-offs will be shown also in the gatehold rooms, so that travellers can catch them before boarding.
