Air Canada will operate a year-round St John's to London Heathrow service from October 26.
The airline will fly the non-stop Newfoundland to LHR Terminal 2 route three times weekly on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The outbound service will depart St John's at 0040 and land in London at 0915 local time, while the return flight will take-off from Heathrow at 1105 and arrive at St John's at 1305.
Benjamin Smith, Air Canada's executive vice-president and CCO, said: "Air Canada is pleased to offer the only year-round non-stop flights between St John's and London Heathrow.
"Our customers in Newfoundland and Labrador value this direct link to the UK, as the fastest and most efficient way of making connections to several European capitals such as Brussels, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Vienna, Warsaw and Athens."
