Viceroy Hotel Group has announced it will open two hotels in Dubai.
The properties will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road and in Dubai Business Bay and are scheduled to debut in late 2016 and 2017.
Viceroy Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road will occupy a 76-storey tower and will be situated "next to the city's transportation artery".

That hotel and sister property Viceroy Dubai Business Bay will join the previously announced Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah, which is set to open in late 2016 on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
Bill Walshe, CEO of Viceroy Hotel Group, said: "Today's announcement of these two incredible new projects in Dubai reaffirms our commitment to significantly growing our presence in the UAE."
Anton Bawab, Viceroy's regional president based in the UAE, added: "We have already established a Viceroy 'hub' in the UAE, with a team of market-leading talent from within the region, who are ready to successfully launch our hotels in Dubai."
Both hotels are being created in partnership with construction company Arabtec Holding.
Viceroy opened its first hotel in New York City last October (see news, September 2013).
