Norwegian is launching two new routes from London Gatwick to Warsaw and Berlin.
From September 15, the airline will fly six times weekly — every day except for Saturdays — to Warsaw Chopin Airport and Berlin Schönefeld Airport.
It will also increase the number of flights on its LGW to Copenhagen route from four to five daily.
Now that Easyjet no longer flies from Gatwick to Warsaw Chopin, Norwegian will be the only low-cost carrier plying the route.
However, it will be competing with Easyjet on the Berlin Schönefeld route.
Earlier this month, Norwegian announced it had signed an agreement to lease three Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners (see news, May 12).
