British Airways has released a feel-good photo of two of its newest aircraft arrivals — an A380 and an A320.
The jets are pictured nose-to-nose at Airbus' site in Toulouse shortly before BA pilots flew them to Heathrow.
Part of the airline's £5 billion investment, the A380 is one of five arriving this year, with BA taking a total of 12 by 2016.
The new aircraft will join the airline's superjumbo fleet, which flies twice daily to Los Angeles, daily to Hong Kong, six times weeky to Johannesburg and, from later this year, five times weekly to Washington.
The new A320 will join the airline's short-haul fleet, flying to destinations across Europe. A total of seven A320 aircraft will arrive in 2014.
