Changi Airport Group (CAG) and DFS Group plan to transform all of the Liquor & Tobacco (L&T) duty-free concessions across Singapore Changi Airport’s four terminals as part of the airport’s revamped retail offerings.
The new concept will span approximately 7,900sqm and will feature a duplex store design that will house an extensive selection of L&T.
COO of DFS Group, Michael Schriver said: “The result of our collaboration combines futuristic design with one of the most extensive collections of wines and spirits ever offered within any retail environment, better yet an airport environment.”
DFS and CAG have also partnered with Singapore’s Raffles Hotel to recreate the Raffles Long Bar experience in Terminal 3. The bar and gift shop are designed to capture the essence of the hotel itself. The Long Bar will host regular Mix-it-Bar events with Raffles doormen and bartenders, and of course it will offer the bar’s famous Singapore Sling.
