Members of Qatar Airways' Qmiles programme can earn up to 14,000 bonus miles by flying to or from Edinburgh between May 28 and August 31.
The Gulf carrier will deploy a two-class B787 Dreamliner between its Doha hub and the Scottish capital from May 28, intially five-times weekly (see news, March 25).
Qmiles members who fly Premium Class between the two cities will earn 7,000 bonus miles each way — 14,000 for a return trip. Those who fly Economy Class will earn 3,500 bonus miles each way, or 7,000 for a return trip.
The offer can be used more than once but it only available to Privilege Club Main Members and not Family Members.
To be eligible, members must log in to their account online, select "My offers" on the dashboard menu and register for the "Edinburgh offer" at least 24 hours before travel. Alternatively, they can register directly from the "My offers" widget on their dashboard.
Members are also asked to quote their membership number at the time of reservation or check-in so that the Qmiles are automatically credited into their account.
