HK Express has teamed up with the world’s largest in-flight concessionaire, DFASS Group, to offer in-flight shopping through new duty free magazine, U’Order.
The publication features 98 products from 46 international brands alongside a range of specially selected HK Express branded items exclusive to U’Order.
“In-flight retail is a proven income generator for airlines and our outstanding cabin crew have been fully trained to provide the best customer service experience possible,” said Andrew Cowen, deputy CEO of HK Express.
Fellow Hong Kong carrier Hong Kong Airlines also partnered with DFASS Group earlier this year to launch its new in-flight duty-free programme, SkyShop (see here).
