Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with First Qatar Real Estate Development Company to open Hilton Doha The Pearl Residence in Qatar in early 2017.
The 445-room property will be located in Doha on the man-made island, Pearl-Qatar – currently still under development. Set in what is considered to be one of the most exclusive areas of the city, Hilton Doha The Pearl Residence will have easy access to the main pearl expressway, and be surrounded by numerous shops and dining outlets.
Pearl-Qatar will feature ten themed districts, and once fully completed, is expected to be home to more than 300,000 residents. It is located 350m offshore from the West Bay Lagoon area, and 20km away from Doha International Airport.
As the second residences style property currently planned by Hilton Worldwide for the Qatar capital, the 41-storey hotel will feature a mix of serviced apartments ranging from intimate studio units, to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses.
Facilities will include three boardrooms, a business centre, health club and outdoor swimming pool. There will also be numerous food and beverage outlets, including a lobby lounge, a speciality restaurant, and a pool bar.
