Intercontinental Hotels Group has opened its first Holiday Inn hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. The new property is the group’s third hotel in the capital and ninth in Indonesia.
Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran features 257 guestrooms, all of which offer complimentary internet connectivity and workstations. The hotel overlooks the 18-hole Kemayoran Golf Course and is situated approximately 30km from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In addition, the Kemayoran toll-gate is less than 2km away, providing close access to neighbouring cities such as Bandung and Bogor.
The property itself boasts six different meeting and event facilities, with spaces ranging from intimate boardrooms to a grand ballroom that is capable of accommodating up to 1,800 people. Moreover, Jakarta International Expo is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, thereby making Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran an attractive choice for event organisers.
There are two dining outlets available. The Botany restaurant offers a contemporary mix of international and local favourites, while the Habitat lounge, located at the lobby serves coffee and an extensive menu of different cocktails.
Finally, the hotel is home to the only infinity pool located in Kemayoran.
To commemorate the opening of the property, the hotel is offering a special rate of US$64++ for bookings made from May 1 to August 31.
