Ibis opens fifth Seoul property

19 Nov 2013 by Clement Huang

Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong – the fifth property from Accor’s economy brand in the city – is now open.

Insadong is one of the most well known “traditional streets” in Seoul, and features a variety of historical temples, antique shops and art galleries, as well as modern department stores, cafes and restaurants.

Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong is within walking distance of Anguk Station, with both Incheon and Gimpo airports being less than an hour from the hotel. Nearby attractions include Unhyeongung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon.

The new hotel features 363 guestrooms, each equipped with an LED TV, free wifi, a work desk, and other basic in-room amenities.

Guestroom

Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong provides breakfast and lunch at the brand’s signature Taste restaurant from 0630 to midday. Another outlet, Le Bar, serves light meals and snacks, along with a wide range of beverages throughout the day.

Seating area

The hotel also has three meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 70 guests for small- to mid-scale functions; a rooftop garden that features panoramic views of the city; and a gym and sauna.
