Onyx Hospitality Group has announced that it will open two Amari properties in China by 2016.
Amari Huidong and Amari Dali will be situated in Guangdong and Yunnan respectively, and will offer resort-style accommodations.
Amari Huidong is located just east of Huizhou, and provides access to a 500-metre beach. Huidong is within easy reach of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The resort will feature 150 rooms, two restaurants, a lobby and poolside bar, a function room, meeting rooms and the Breeze Spa.
The 260-room Amari Dali, meanwhile, faces the Erhai Lake and offers an all-day dining restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, ballroom, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym and Breeze Spa.

The new contracts are part of Onyx’s growth strategy which involves establishing 36 operational properties with an additional 13 contracts signed by the end of 2013.
