"Severe Typhoon Utor" is currently moving across the northern part of the South China Sea, in the general direction of the west coast of Guangdong. China Eastern has cancelled 20 flights to Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Haikou today as a precaution, and other airlines have made similar moves.
