British Airways is upping its service from London City Airport with additional flights to Stockholm and Madrid this winter.
The national carrier will launch a third daily flight to both capitals from October 28.
Strange as it may sound, the additional services are both scheduled to depart LCY at 1250 and arrive at their respective destinations at 1650. Business Traveller has clarified this seemingly unlikely scheduling with BA.
The existing two flights to Madrid take-off at 0920 and 1840, while the other two flights to Stockholm Arlanda leave at 0930 and 1905.
Last month, BA announced it is to launch a three-times daily service between LCY and Dusseldorf (see online news, June 27).
