Royal Pacific launches new online booking service

2 Jul 2013 by ReggieHo

The Royal Pacific Hotel in Hong Kong has launched a new internet booking engine, which provides new features aiming to help simplify the reservation process and enable easier navigation through the hotel’s online booking system.

The new system includes several new features, including an entire re-design of the booking website which now showcases more visuals and a more interactive interface. A great deal of space has also been allocated for showing off exclusive offers, giving visitors more information and flexibility. Finally, the confirmation process has also been improved, with the new system allowing guests to manage and change their bookings whenever applicable.

According to Kevin Chuc, general manager of the hotel: “Guests are becoming more tech-savvy and over the past two years, there was a substantial increase in the use of tablets and mobile devices in searching for hotels and making bookings. We see the need of a more user-friendly and yet sophisticated booking system to provide more ease when making reservation.”

To mark the launch of this new system, the Royal Pacific is offering a special deal until July 7, which includes a one-night stay at the Deluxe Harbour View Room, with wifi included and breakfast included, for HK$1,280. Members of Asia Miles can also earn 300 points while enjoying this promotional offer.
