Prabal Gurung to redesign ANA's cabin uniform

30 May 2013

To mark the carrier’s 60th anniversary, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has announced it will launch new uniforms for its cabin and ground staff in collaboration with renowned designer Prabal Gurung.

Gurung’s designs have been snapped up by the likes of First Lady Michelle Obama and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, to name a few, placing him in the upper ranks of the fashion industry.

The new ANA uniforms will be launched in 2014, but the highly anticipated designs will be unveiled later this year. ANA briefed Gurung to create uniforms that reflect overcoming new challenges and evolution while maintaining a distinct sense of Japanese hospitality.

Stay tuned for exclusive images of the uniform designs, which we will publish as soon as they are released.
