Wyndham Hotel Group has announced plans to open its first property in the United Arab Emirates.
The Wyndham Dubai Marina, which is currently under development, is expected to open within the next three years with 497 guest rooms, including 251 suites.
The hotel will contain a coffee shop, an executive lounge, food and beverage outlets, and a bar.
Alongside meetings and conference space, its facilities will also include a spa, a gym and an outdoor pool with a pool bar.
Rui Barros, Wyndham's senior vice president and managing director Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “I have no doubt that Wyndham Dubai Marina will be another superb addition to the brand, which we are already growing in key cities throughout the Middle East.”
Earlier this year, Wyndham opened the first of two hotels - the new-build Wyndham Istanbul Kalamis Marina - in the Turkish city of Istanbul (see online news, January 7).
