Frasers introduces free internet access

5 Apr 2013 by BusinessTraveller

Frasers Hospitality has introduced "unlimited free internet access" across all of its properties worldwide.

Announcing the launch Mr Choe Peng Sum, CEO of the the serviced apartment and residences group, said:

“The comfort and convenience of our residents is at the heart of everything we do. Knowing how being connected online is so critical to their daily lives, making complimentary high-speed internet access available as one of the value-add amenities of our Gold-Standard service was therefore important, to complete their whole experience of staying with us.”

Frasers currently has 77 properties either open or in the pipeline across 41 cities. UK properties include Fraser Place Canary Wharf, Fraser Suites Kensington, Fraser Suites Edinburgh, and the recently refurbished Fraser Suites Glasgow.

The new comes in the same week that serviced residences operator The Ascott Ltd also introduced free internet access across its properties worldwide (see online news April 5).

Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) recently announced plans to offer free internet access to all loyalty scheme members from next year (see online news March 26).
