Marriott International is to open its first Courtyard property in Peru, a 150-room hotel located in Lima’s upmarket Miraflores district.
The property will feature a swimming pool, fitness centre, “casual dining restaurant” and “ample meeting space”.
The hotel will be the third under the Marriott umbrella in Peru and the second in the country’s capital, joining the existing JW Marriott properties in Lima and Cusco.
The Courtyard by Marriott hotel will be located on the corner of Calle Alcanfores and Calle Schell in Lima’s upmarket Miraflores district, an area known for its shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches.
