Singaporean low-cost carrier Tiger Airways will increase its flight frequencies to nine Asian cities from May, including Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Macau, Bangalore, Penang, Taipei, Perth, Kochi and the recently launched Phnom Penh route (see story here), .
The carrier will fly 45, 21, 14 and seven times a week to Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Macau and Bangalore respectively.
From June this year, it will operate 14 flights weekly to Penang, 11 to Taipei and 10 to Phnom Penh. In the following month, Perth and Kochi services will go up to 11 and five times a week respectively.
Tiger Airways has also launched promotional “pay-to-go, return-for-free” flight packages to 28 destinations, with a booking period from 19 to 21 February. The deal is valid for departures from March to September; and a return between 30 September to late October.
